About The PODS
Learning Institute
The PODS Learning Institute is a developing private middle school designed for students in grades 6–8 who need a supportive, structured, and relationship-centered educational environment. PODS is being built to serve students who may benefit from smaller class sizes, social-emotional learning, restorative practices, mentoring, family engagement, and individualized academic support.

Core Description:
PODS stands for more than a school. It represents a safe place for students to be planted, nurtured, developed, and prepared to grow. The school model is rooted in the belief that students thrive when their academic needs, emotional needs, family experiences, and personal development are all taken seriously.
Educational Focus:
PODS will use the Bloom Integrated Learning Model, a student-centered approach that blends academics, social-emotional learning, project-based learning, self-awareness, leadership, and community impact.
Our Vision
To become a transformational middle school model where students who have struggled, been overlooked, or needed a different path can grow into confident, capable, and community-minded leaders.
Our Approach
PODS will combine academic instruction, SEL, mentoring, enrichment, restorative discipline, family engagement, and community partnerships.

Students will experience structured academics, daily connection, creative expression, leadership development, and real-world learning.
